Each user is entitled to one skyph account. Funds deposited into your skyph wallet are held separately and used exclusively for gaming activity on the platform. skyph does not pay interest on account balances.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated bots, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited on skyph. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your skyph login credentials. skyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify skyph immediately by contacting our support team.
skyph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, and CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. skyph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures, investigation of potentially fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended. skyph does not accept deposits made from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. skyph will return funds to their source if this requirement is not met.

All content on the skyph Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, and written content — is the exclusive property of skyph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of skyph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, skyph and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if skyph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. skyph's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your skyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. skyph does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
skyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the skyph Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to skyph's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Philippines, as elected by skyph.
